Hello and welcome! I’m Vasudha Viswanath, a lifelong vegetarian, cookbook author, and founder of this community. In my mid-30s, I reversed prediabetes by reimagining vegetarian cooking: bringing more protein, more flavor, and more balance to the plate.

Since then, my mission has been to help other vegetarians (and the veg-curious!) eat in a way that feels both nourishing and joyful—without giving up the foods you love.
