In late February, an irate Weeknight Simple subscriber emailed me to say that my website needed to be better organized. She was looking for a tofu recipe which was impossible to find. I sent it to her promptly, but was sufficiently shamed and put it on my to-do list. Many of you have also pointed out that the monthly meal plan format is great to print one-time, but when you find that perfect repeat recipe for your dinner rotation, it’s impossible to remember which month it belongs to!
Thus, I bring to you, the Weeknight Simple Recipe Index (new and improved, and always improving, as both you and I should strive to be).
The Recipe Index has all the monthly plans posted so far, where you can preview all the recipe descriptions, then download the whole plan and shopping list.
BUT WAIT! The Recipe Index also has individual recipes listed out under various categories - DOZENS of recipes and counting so you never run out of inspiration on a weeknight!
I even included Sauces & Dressings and wait for it, that dratted tofu recipe! These links will take you directly to the recipe card.
Paid Subscribers will receive the link to the index in every email going forward. I hope you never have to wonder “what’s for dinner” again.
I’ll also include links to individual recipes in each month’s plan going forward, so you can pick and choose.
At some point, this index will live on a real website and maybe even be searchable by ingredient(!!!), but for now, I’m taking suggestions to improve it (baby steps). Just respond to this email if you have one.
