I've always been drawn to Ayurveda but haven't gone as far as finding out my dominant doshas yet. I love the emphasis on digestive health and a 360º approach to feeling good.
It really is 360. The more I read, I realize that this is something that was heavily researched for thousands of years. Perhaps some things are not relevant these days but there's a lot to work with!
So glad that you wrote about this. I have also been getting into Ayurveda and eating/moving/ waking up for your dosha (I am mainly Vata) is life-changing!
Prioritising lunch and implementing all of the tastes into my meal is a hard one though.
This was a really interesting and fascinating read. I first learned of Ayurveda from Radhi Devlukia (Jay Shetty's wife). Since then, I've been meaning to learn more about it so I can't wait to check out the resources you recommended!

It's absolutely fascinating! Yes, the differenct tastes are a handful but when you get them in you can feel the difference, at least I think so
I’m enjoying the paths you’re taking us down so far this year. This topic is fascinating!
It truly is, Amie! I'm glad you're enjoying it
