For baking, what do you think of alternative sweeteners like monk fruit blends with erythritol?

They're a good option for occasional low glycemic treats, but I personally prefer the real stuff

Mainly for their taste! I think nutritional opinion on these is mixed, but at the end of the day they don’t provide much nutritional value so it’s better to reserve them for a treat as opposed to regular consumption
