We Ate Well turns 1!

And Happy International Women's Day!

When I started this project on International Women's Day last year, I had no idea what the possibilities were. I was just sharing a bit of myself, my passion for cooking and my newfound obsession with healthy cooking. It has been a revelation. Since then, I have created over a hundred recipes, written a cookbook and decided to build a brand in the food and wellness space. Thousands of you have invited v8well into your homes and kitchens and for that I am so grateful. This journey is just beginning, and I can't wait to share with you all everything new that's coming this year.
Couldn't have done it without the tribe of women in my family, friends and professional life. Happy International Women's Day and happy 1st birthday to this baby!
