We Ate Well is back!
With loads of new recipes
I want to start this post with sincere apologies to my subscribers. I was MIA from Substack for over a month, as I was working intensely towards the photoshoot for my upcoming cookbook. 75 recipes shot in 7 days is no joke!
I had a great team - Alex Shytsman of The New Baguette is a wonderful photographer and I couldn’t have done without Estefania who assisted me and is an upcoming grad from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
I am SO excited about this book. It’s going to be a celebration of vegetarian cooking from around the world and popular culture. More importantly, all recipes are low carb and high protein. I hope they take you on a culinary journey and you have as much fun as I did making and eating them.
But I’m getting ahead of myself! There’s still plenty of work to do on the book and I see it coming out towards the end of the year (fingers crossed!)
