We Ate Well Weekly Highlights
Holiday baking at v8well might look a little different than most of what you see this time of year! I use minimally processed ingredients and harness the sweetness found in nature to create lightly sweet but satiating goodies.

Thumbprint Cookies with Grape Jelly - Inspired by 'Jim Jam' biscuits I used to love, growing up in India in the 90s!
Fudgy Chocolate Cookies - sweetened with a decadent date-cocoa paste
Lemon-Lavender Cookies - with bright notes of lemon and lavender, perfect for that afternoon tea or coffee!
