I am so excited to share that I just had my first tv interview for my cookbook which comes out next January! The recipe I showed was my Zucchini Bread which is really such a versatile healthy (and easy!) bread. Demonstrating this in the very kitchen where I developed the recipe over dozens of tries last year felt so very rewarding! I can’t wait for you to see it.
