Thank you, Vasudha! Your templates are very interesting and I look forward to using them.

One question: Since there are lots of options with cheese, how to adapt these templates for people who have been told by the doctor to watch cholesterol and salt? Use low-fat cottage cheese or paneer and try to find brands that are low in salt?

Hi there - Nutritional yeast is often a good sub for cheese - imparts some of that flavor while being low in fat or salt. Or you could use tofu in place of paneer. Low fat is always an option too
