This easy jam will help you preserve your berries and handle that ‘summer-produce-is-almost-gone’ depression that’s about to come on (you know it).

It takes minutes to make, is mostly hands off and endlessly versatile. The top 3 ways that I use it

  • As a sweet topping that adds fiber to cottage cheese or Greek yogurt in place of maple syrup or honey

  • Peanut butter and Jelly (with fiber) sandwiches (or the PBJ cookies from The Vegetarian Reset)

  • As a dessert topping: we made an almond flour olive oil cake with a goat cheese frosting and berry chia jam on top during my week teaching at Rancho La Puerta - huge hit!
