Between a few persistent bacteria and developing materials for The Vegetarian Reset Lab, it has been hard to get posts out this past month. But I wanted to send you a few good things before Easter, so here is an amuse-bouche-sized list.
The Kindle edition of The Vegetarian Reset is on sale for $2.99, until March 31st only! Get it now, and if you would like, get on the waitlist for the next Vegetarian Reset Challenge, which will be in May 2024. (The challenge is a 4-day meal plan from the book, free of refined grains and sugar. You have to get a book for the recipes, and I’ll send you the meal plan+shopping list).
Try this NY Shuk Preserved Lemon Paste with your pasta. I plan to make a springy pasta with peas, asparagus, onions and parmesan and brighten it up with this paste. I got the paste at Whole Foods.
I made an extremely pink smoothie using this dragon-fruit puree and loved it. Have you tried dragon fruit before? You can find this in the frozen-fruit section.
I’ve been looking a while for harissa made with extra-virgin olive oil instead of sunflower oil, and I finally found it at Zwita Foods.
I can’t stop eating Lesser Evil Popcorn. And I don’t even like popcorn. Try the ghee version..it is decadent.
See you in a few days with April’s Weeknight Simple! And Happy Easter to those celebrating.
xoxo
